FUNCTION Classes incorporate weightlifting, cardio, and calisthenics into high-intensity workouts. Athletes will train athletic skills while building strength and improving cardiovascular endurance. In SugarWod, this class will be listed as Workout of the Day.
FIT Classes feature dynamic movements in a format that is fun, fast-paced, and accessible for all. Athletes will tone muscle, improve speed and agility, and enhance core strength.
FLEX Classes highlight the importance of technique with low-intensity controlled weightlifting. Athletes will build strength, improve longevity, and increase range of motion.
FLOW Classes focus on range of motion and recovery, allowing athletes to keep performing at high levels.
ROW Classes focus on muscular endurance with challenging rowing intervals.
RUN Classes focus on running technique while building cardiovascular endurance. This limited offering will feature track workouts as well as group trail runs.
